NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATIO MEETING REGARDING The ALSOP Race Track Rd Commercial Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA(SS) 2023-12) which requests to change the Future Land Use Map designation of approximately 10.64 acres from Rural/Silviculture and Residential A to Mixed Use, and ALSOP Race Track Rd Commercial Planned Unit Development (“PUD”)(PUD 2023-27) which requests to rezone approximately 10.64 acres of land from Open Rural to PUD to allow for a maximum of 180,000 square feet of non-residential.

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
